Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for purchased items within three (3) working days from the date of purchase. (Only for semi-precious stones)  For checking authenticity of stones Lab fee must be paid by customer.

Our company will provide lab certificate along with the gem but if the purchaser wants the desired certificate then they have to pay more for it according to the lab charges.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.

On customized items no exchange or return possible.

Items showing signs of wear and tear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange requests beyond the specified timeframe will not be entertained.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any purchases made at Ceremonial Gems LLC

Exchange Procedure:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe.

Provide your original purchase receipt and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange accordingly.

Exclusions:

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Items purchased during special promotions or sales events may have different exchange policies. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective promotion or event.

Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange process, including the return shipping of the item to our facility and the shipping of the exchanged item to the customer.
